Scripps interview Nov. 5th.

Is this a interview for a new grad residency position? Correct me if I'm wrong but the new grad program positions are posted on nov 5th for the 2013 cohort.

You're correct about the job posting this Monday. I wasn't fortunate enough to get a job offer with this last cohort, but a select few who were not offered positions got an email to interview again for about 10 or so positions starting in January I believe.

Interview went well. Found out that Scripps is going to focus on having new grads rotate through 1-2 units. They saw that there were inconsistencies on how people were being trained, with the many department one rotates through. Guess it will be like 20 weeks in one unit All morning shifts and 20 weeks nights in another unit. Looks like future cohorts are going to be like this from now on.

I hope you get in the program;) 20 weeks days them nights is not so bad. Is this your first time interviewing with them?

I applied last fall and didn't get an interview. Applied spring and got an interview in June. Wasn't offered a job then and got an email for the interview I had yesterday.

Congratulations Av03! I interviewed last Monday as well, but haven't heard anything yet. I thought my interview went well, but you never know. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. When did you get your email? Yesterday afternoon?
