After 4 years of working full time and attempting prereqs Im now finished with all required courses to apply to the nursing program at my school (San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton CA). The only proble is that I now have a 2.0 GPA (ALL C's in anat, physio and micro) However, I have A's in english, phsyc, math etc. Does anyone know of a school that doesnt look at JUST your science gpa? Due to financial issues I cannot redo more prereqs. I need to get into a school ASAP and get this over with. Ive been trying for so long, at 28 I cannot continue to take classes at my local JC. Also, im over the 90 credits and will not qualify for fiancial aid. I need to find a school that looks at overall GPA. Someone please advice. Appreciate any comment. Thank you!
