Wanting to work in Caribbean as a Registered Nurse
Hey, zero., BSN Are you still currently working on the island of Sint Maarten? I would love to chat with you in private message if possible. My fiance and I will be moving there in a few months. She is a med school student there, and I expect to graduate RN program by May 2017. I would love to have a contact on the Island. Will finding work there be very difficult? I know they don't give jobs to foreigners very often. Please message me if possible. Thanks, man.

2.0 Science gpa (anat, physio and micro) but 3.3 gpa overall
Thanks you guys for all your replys. Ive been trying so hard for so long. I like the great suggestions some of you posted about going to LPN route. I should look into that. Has anyone ever heard of going out of the country (IE Canada) and possibly getting into a program there? Also, i was looking at programs like Rad tech . . they have similar prereqs and they look at ALL 7 prereq GPA combined, which would give me a high 3's but I heard Rad tech jobs were IMPOSSIBLE to get. :( I want to be in health care so if anyone knows of other routes please suggest. Thanks again everyone! -Moustafa

2.0 Science gpa (anat, physio and micro) but 3.3 gpa overall
After 4 years of working full time and attempting prereqs Im now finished with all required courses to apply to the nursing program at my school (San Joaquin Delta College, Stockton CA). The only proble is that I now have a 2.0 GPA (ALL C's in anat, physio and micro) However, I have A's in english, phsyc, math etc. Does anyone know of a school that doesnt look at JUST your science gpa? Due to financial issues I cannot redo more prereqs. I need to get into a school ASAP and get this over with. Ive been trying for so long, at 28 I cannot continue to take classes at my local JC. Also, im over the 90 credits and will not qualify for fiancial aid. I need to find a school that looks at overall GPA. Someone please advice. Appreciate any comment. Thank you! -Moustafa
