Undergraduate Nursing Programs
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
This program will get you started as an RN. It will prepare you to sit for the NCLEX licensure exam, become licensed as a Registered Nurse and practice the same way as an RN with a BSN. If you are looking to become an RN sooner, this is a great option.
Dual Degree BSN Program
Students do have an option to enroll in the dual degree program through SUNY Delhi. This program culminates in a dual degree for the ADN and BSN degrees.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
This program is for the student who would like to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and be licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN).
The program is focused on nursing theory using critical thinking skills necessary to function in a clinical environment.

Graduate Nursing Programs
Online Master of Science with a Specialty in Nursing Education
If you so choose, SUNY Delhi offers an online RN to BSN program that can lead to a Master of Science degree (MS) with a focus in nursing education.
If you have an interest in teaching the new age nurse, this degree program can help you succeed. Graduates from this program can become educators at pre-licensure nursing programs as well as BSN programs. At the completion of this program, nurses have an option to continue their studies at the doctoral level.

How do I go about arranging a background check for my clinical rotation?
Castle Branch is the entity managing the practicum requirements of the program (health, background check, CPR, immunizations, etc.) at SUNY Delhi. There will be a background check upon acceptance into the program. Students are required to create a personal profile at the time of acceptance to the university.
