Moved to Post-Grad student forum. Fully funded grad programs are rare. Are you working at a hospital that provides tuition reimbursement?
Yes i am working in hospital as a registered nurse in NICU from last year but the hospital didnt provides tution reimbursement....so that why i am looking for full or partial scholarships that cover my tuition fee

Why can you not save and pay for it yourself? It's what most people do.

Full funding is rare. Most people end up with combination of savings/paying as they go with scholarships/grants and loans. Some hospitals may offer partial tuition reimbursement. Another option for funding is working as an instructor for a university nursing program (sometimes they'll allow you to then take classes for free or reduced tuition, but the catch is you likely have to be employed both for a certain period of time before the benefit kicks in and remain employed full-time during the program).

You could also look into Nurse Corps or NHSC Loan Repayment programs.
