Scheduled my CPEN exam!

Published

Now that I'm done with the BSN, I guess I need something to do. :D The best way for me to make myself study is to actually have an exam date, so in late August, I'll be taking my CPEN. I'm using my ENPC book as a well as another guide to study. I'll let you all know how it goes! :)

LunahRN - Sorry for the delay in responding. I checked on the MedEd website and it looks like they only offered the discount until July 5th. Nonetheless, I felt as if their review was well worth the money and besides it offers 16 CEU hours. Good luck!! - Aaron

Thanks for the response, Aaron! Like many females, I just love a good sale. :D

Since you used the DeBoer review book, one more question -- were the questions on the actual CPEN exam similar to that book in terms of difficulty/knowledge level, in your opinion? Thanks for any insight. :)

Hi again - I felt as if the CPEN exam was very straight forward. I felt as if some of the DeBoer questions were very easy whereas others were dead on in relation to the complexity of CPEN questions. All in all, I felt as if that book prepared me well for the exam. Good luck!
