Schedule Advice

Published

I am looking to finish my pre-reqs in a short amount of time. I have a degree in Anthropology, so I know college pretty well but I can't figure out the best way to do this so I would like some help if you don't mind.

I have to take

A&P

A&P2

CHM130

FON241(Probs &Stats)

BIO205(Micro)

HCR 240

MAT142

Currently, I am taking online courses for the summer, all 8 week accelerated, SOC101, PSY240 and BIO156.

I am thinking of doing Fall in person with

Bio201

Mat142

Chm230

Fon240

The problem for spring is I need Bio205 or Bio202 as a pre-req for Hcr240

So... I can take online classes, 8 week courses and have this schedule

First session:

PSY230

Bio202

Second

Bio 205

HCR240

Or I can take in person Psy230, Bio 205, Bio202... take my TEAS hope I don't need that material in HCR240 in May, apply for school and hope they accept me even though I haven't completed my last class.

Any other ideas?

I really want to answer your question and help... But do you mind telling us the course titles ( such as Anatomy, Ethics, etc) because every school has a different way of listing courses so I don't know which classes are which for you. For example, my anatomy class was BIO233 & my developmental psych was PSY211. But you would not know that unless you went to the same school.

I'm in the Phoenix area too! Here's what I did or what I'd suggest;

- take FON 241 online this summer in summer session 2 ( I took at mcc last summer online and it was way better than from what I hear in person is) it was a lot of reading but not too bad at all)

- take Psy230 online spring semester ( I did through scc and it wasn't bad at all)

- I wouldn't take more than mat 142, bio 201 and chm 230 In one semester as those are super time consuming and it would be difficult to get A's with four classes.

From what I hear, BIO 205 isn't too bad (at scc at least) so that might be doable with bio 202.

Good luck!
