Hi Dave, what does this mean? does it mean that they will return the schedule A category in the visa bulletin also?

Schedule A will not be included in the Visa Bulletin unless some legislation is passed providing n no. of visas for this category.

i cant understand this... what do you mean by schedule a is back?

This is what dave23 is talking about: https://allnurses.com/forums/f75/schedule-category-no-longer-displayed-230663.html

The Schedule A category in the Visa Bulletin was deleted months (since the Feb. 2007 Visa Bulletin if I'm not mistaken) ago but USCIS still maintains the 'Schedule A' for their Service Center reports just to report the processing time for those who have filed under it when it was still available.

Another way of saying it is that they are still reporting the processing time for Schedule A's that filed under it since some of the I-140s that were filed under it when there was still a Schedule A category in the Visa Bulletin are still being processed up to now.

Last Jan.15 saw it 'disappear' but it was just a mistake in their part and they quickly revised it afterwards (Jan 18 report).

There have not been any petitions filed under the Schedule A for months, as it no longer exists to file to. It only exists for those that were petitioned under it, but in fact, they are now included under the EB-3 category.
