SCF Nursing Fall 2018

I will be applying to the nursing program this Fall 2018. Is there anyone who was accepted the last two semesters? If so, what was your prerequisite GPA and what campus did you apply/get accepted to?

If you are applying this same semester what is your GPA and have you completed all nine of the prerequisite courses?

I am trying to determine my chances on getting into this program feel free to leave any advice and comments :)

I took Statistics. HIGHLY recommend Janet Diseroad if you're still needing to take it. Wasn't sure at first that her style would work for me but she was so helpful and real. I ended up really enjoying the class.

Hi everyone I am currently a nervous wreck. I have a 3.51 in my prereqs and a 3.8 in my general requirements and in not feeling to good. At the information session, she said 300 applied so far and there are only 80 spots.

Hey y'all! I just applied a few days ago and I'm getting nervous as well. I got an email today saying my application was delivered and is being reviewed! My GPA is a 3.8 in the 9 classes needed. I have a cumulative GPA of 3.3. I applied to the Venice campus

Hello! I applied back in April with a 4.0 pre-req GPA and a 4.0 overall GPA. I have completed all 9 courses and I am hoping to get accepted to the Bradenton campus. :) So far, I'm holding up pretty well but I can't wait for May 25th! I wish everyone the best of luck!

I just noticed that we are supposed to find out before the 20th, not 25th, per scf website. 🤷🏻*♀️

I'm seeing the 25th in the information pdf and in the email that the nursing department sent out to me?

Says by 20th. My friend found out May 18th last year.

Google, AS nursing application process SCF. There, it says 20th. My friend got her response in May 18th last year. I tried posting link, but this website wouldn't let me.

I think that's just an outdated page :( it also says we have to "Pass the Nurse Admission Exam at SCF".

The application deadlines dates are the same, though. I don't know. I really hope we find out early!
