SCC/ARC Fall 2021 Sac City/American River College

Anyone else submit their apps for SCC or ARC for fall 2021?I submitted my SCC packet last week and ARC the other day. I was hoping my online app status would change to received but it still says submitted

My acceptance email came to my Yahoo email, nothing came to the los Rios one. I got mine about 11am and Tanyas was at 1pm. The email just says congratulations and has a form to fill out.

Would be really nice if they let people know so no one is left hanging!

On the SCC RN site it says that only selected and alternates will be contacted. So I am assuming there will be no rejection email. But it does seem like ARC does rejection emails so hopefully we will all get to hear back from them later this week. 

oh, well then! ahah

If alternates got their emails yesterday it makes sense that it's the end of the road.

ARC sends acceptance and rejection letters the last week of April. So if they do it sooner it’s a nice thing. Hopefully 4th time is the charm. ??

SCC may or may not update your online status, but if you got an email stating what your status is, that's how you'll know if you got in, didn't get in, or are an alternate. They might update everything much later, but... they also might not. Usually they'll just update to "application received" and that's about it.

Me too. But after 6 pm or so I don’t look anymore until 8 am again LOL. I was off today so I kept my phone upstairs so I could get things done without staring at it. Tomorrow I work and I’m wondering if I should put it on do not disturb so I’m checking a million times becuase I can’t have the volume up LOL. I’ll probably still look LOL

People here said that no. Scc sent email only for accepted and alternatives while Arc didn’t yet but arc should send either accepted or rejected email

Some people had their status change to qualified online for ARC on Tuesday,

 

Still nothing for me though
