SBVC spring 2020

Hello all,

I'm surprised this thread hasn’t been posted yet! This thread is meant to connect with students who have applied to SBVC. The application period ended about a week ago now. Who is waiting on a reply??

On your guys' CastleBranch account under Clinical Requirements does it say Spring 2020? Mine says Fall 2016...just wondering if I set it up wrong.

Also, do you have any recommendations on where to buy the cargo pants from?

Hi everyone! Congrats for all those who got in! I am applying next fall for spring 2021 LVN to RN bridge...now just to conquer micro and physio! If you all don't mind me asking what where your total points especially those for the bridge program? I have 31 with out the science GPA so if I got 20 points I will be at 51 pre HESI. (got an A in psych and anatomy but not sure what the other 2 science grades will be)… Thanks in advance!

yes the book name is fundamentals of nursing by Patricia A. Potter it will be online and in text the online will be with the website Elsevier. :)

Is that the only one we need for this semester & then with access code we put it on Elsevier? Thank you!

Hey! I think everyone's Castle Branch account says Fall 2016. Also, for the cargo pants I recommend for you to go to DD's discount if you want to save some money, or last option will be to go to Scrubs World outside of Ontario Mills which is pricier.

What kind of black shoes did they say we needed?? I know they want white leather for the clinical uniform but I can't remember what they said for the black ones

that's the one we need for the first 9 weeks of class, then we have intro to med surg so the book I believe will change. no problem, and they will give us access code from what I know.

They have to be all black but you can also have them like the converse where the soul of the shoe is white but they don’t have to be leather like the clinical ones do... so you know those regular Nikes people usually wear those would be fine Converse, puma, Adidas, vans etc would be Okay. Just no funky color just black lol
