SBVC Nursing Program Fall 2022

Hello, 

I was wondering if anyone else is applying to the San Bernardino Valley College Nursing program for Fall 2022. The application period just opened up 03/15/22 so I want to use this as a tracking board for any updates about this program application period ?

For fall right or Summer? Well I thought we wouldn’t be able to register for fall until getting the green light after submitting all of our paper work to castle branch but IDK sorry LOL

Yes for fall.
Also, have you met with nursing counselor yet? And you are correct we probably have to wait for our Castle Branch requirement completion✍?

I am thinking if creating a group page on social media facebook, Google meets would be a good idea? What are your thoughts/suggestions?

I have an apt w/ one of them soon I made it so I can get some answers in regards to the cep. Oh I know group chats are definitely a must, I know of facebook, discord, group me etc.

Just a reminder:

There are two approved ways to create a special place for your cohort.

One: create a facebook page. This link may be posted.

Two: create a "club" for your cohort by clicking on the Breakroom link in the yellow bar to the left of this page. Then click on “Create A New Club” in the green bar at the top of the page, and follow instructions.

References to other than these two avenues will be moved from view, to comply with the Terms of Service.

Does anyone know what’s due July 1st? Is it all medical stuff like vaccinations, drug screen & also background check?

Yes everything is due that day except for the flu vaccine those are due in September when the updated yearly one is available. I also remember them saying if there’s 1 or 2 things like vaccinations you end up needed and run out of time just email them and they’ll work with you. But for sure your background check, drug test,titers and CPR certification need to be completed by July 1st.

Did anyone need to get any vaccines? I had to get the hep b but my series won’t be complete until 5 months from now I’m wondering if anyone else is in this scenario
