SBVC Nursing Program Fall 2022

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else is applying to the San Bernardino Valley College Nursing program for Fall 2022. The application period just opened up 03/15/22 so I want to use this as a tracking board for any updates about this program application period ?

I currently am a student there and applied on the 15th!

Also applied to CSUSB a while back and am waiting for the nursing departments decision on if I got in or not. SBVC is plan B although I love that they now offer the concurrent enrollment with CSUSB. Very cool, I opted in for that.

That’s awesome! I hope you hear back from CSUSB soon. I know, it’s great they offer that option now! I felt I had better chances of acceptance if I did the LVN to RN bridge, so that’s the one I applied to.
Have you been studying for the ATI TEAS?

I was planning to apply this cycle but hit a speed bump on one of the prerequisites. For some reason they don't accept upper division anatomy courses from the CSU system even though it covers the same material and more. I applied to two other programs and they accepted it so I emailed the director but haven't heard anything back. I'm going to wait another day before knocking on their door in person LOL. Anyone else been in contact with the staff?

Thanks, me too! They said end of March so I'm applying here just in case I don't get in. Either school I'd be happy to go to.

I really need to study but have been procrastinating. I got an 87% when I took it in October and it wasn't too bad so I'm kinda hoping If they invite me I get around that score again. Only studied science section last time. I feel that's the hardest.

I applied to both programs!
I took the TEAS in Aug but I don’t know if they let you retake it if it’s been less than a year ?

Hi. Just replying on here to stay updated. I applied to ADN and the concurrent program.

Do you guys know when the next application period starts?

Thanks. So until September is the next application period

@Kcastro23 Yes, but if you attended other colleges you need to do a credit evaluation during that specific time frame or else you can not submit an application ?

Thanks I’m looking forward to applying on the next application period. Do you guys mind sharing how many points your going in with for the lvn to RN bridge?

Hello!
I applied on the 15th too! I have yet to hear back. My plan b is to take a few more courses and try for Cal state San Bernardino good luck everyone!
