saunders 4th edition

hi guys i have saunders 3 rd edition...is it ok for studying content review.i i read in the abt 4th edition is good for nclex exam .please suggest me whether to buy or not? :confused:

If you are preparing for the RN exam and wish to have the best chance of passing the exam, then you should be using the 4th edition.

The 3rd edition does not contain any of the new format questions.

i don't believe there is that big of a difference.

I think it is always best to have the latest edition because there is always new things added. I am currently using the 4th edition and it is great. The CD is also great!!!!!! Good luck with your studying.

I had the 3rd edition, but went out and bought the 4th edition so as to have the most up to date questions. I did find a difference in the two editions. Good luck to you!
