I wanted to say to everyone that Saunders is the best book that was ever recommended to me. Every single disease that was not taught to me in nursing school and that was not in the kaplan book was in Saunders. It is a colossal book but it's worth having it along with the questions. I had 265 questions and I was able to answer them because of Saunders. By the way Suzanne thank you :)

Also one question (since you seem to know the answer most of the time...lol) what is up with these herbal questions? I had about 3 questions on them and I mean specific ones :uhoh21: . These were not taught at my school. And they are not part of the 15 pilot question because I got them around 180's. Can not really tell if I answered them right or wrong.

Anyway would like to have your input on the subject if you know about it.

I think alot of us in this forum had the Saunders Comprehensive Review 2nd edition (copyright 2002). The updated 3rd edition just came out today with more questions. Suzanne do we need the 3rd edition?

I have the Comprehensive 3rd edition and I have been answering the questions at the back of each chapter for a while now. I finished my first round a week ago. Good stuff, but is that it? Or do I need another Saunders book?

Suzanne says you dont need another book. Once you have completed all of the end chapter quizzes. You need to PM her and she will send you the 2nd part. Now it wont hurt to start answering the questions on your Saunders CD. There are 4000 of them. And you dont need to read the entire chapters either. Just follow her plan exactly as she has written it. This will be my 2nd time and my last time. This plan is really helping me structure my studies and I dont feel pressured cause I feel I am getting the core of what I need to pass the next time. And not only that but I am learning a lot by doing the questions. Good luck to you. (oh yeah, this thread is a couple years old).

I would just concentrate on the comprehensive book and if following Suzanne's plan make sure it is the 3rd edition
