hi everyone! is there a big difference between the 2nd and 3rd edition of saunders comprehensive book? i have the 2nd ed. i dont know if i should still buy the 3rd. ed if the contents are almost the same?
any ideas? thanks!

they are the same, difference is 3rd is in color use the cd that came with it do all the question on the analytical level and you'll do fine (passed nclex 2006 1st try 75 questions)

The information in edition 2 and 3 are exactly the same, but edition 3 will give the alternate questions such as pick all that apply and such. If you can borrow a CD from edition 3 and either burn a copy or keep it until later, that would be good enough...believe me. Good luck!

Yes, I am. You can probably borrow one from someone that has the 3rd edition instead of wasting money. Believe me, the information is the same. I made the mistake to waste my money on the 3rd edition and should not have bothered. I gave my CDs to my friend who is currently studying for the boards. Good luck!
