Hello to everyone..Can I ask anyone who is working with MOH saudi Arabia? Can I ask if they are offering a 1 year contract? Can you give me also an idea regarding their exam? Thank you in advance. Godbless!
Hi!I have no experience but I was a nurse volunteer before. Can I apply at POEA as nurse in Saudi? I hope someone will answer me..thanx! Godbless...
yes you can. include in your volunteer experience in your resume because i think that is still an experience the only difference is that your not paid..:typing
I submitted my application on early May... Same w/ you... No feedback/response from them... I guess there is no representative from Saudi-MOH coming in the country yet... Or if they do come... they might be needing experienced nurses... i only have volunteer experience.
thanks for your reply...good for you, you already have volunteer experience i only have attended trainings....well lets just wait and see...do you mind posting here if you heard from poea already..i'll do the same if ever..:wink2:
hi there everyone!
Just want some information from MOH nurses.
1. Is there any form of payment that came from you?
2. Did MOH pay for your medical? Where is the medical exam?
3. How is the interview? What type of questions?
4. Is there en examination given?
5. Is there any way to know where in saudi will you be assigned?
6. Salary for nurses who had 2 years work experience?
I hope anybody from you here can provide me with these information. Thank you so much in advance. your effort is greatly appreciated.
Sure... no problem! i'll keep you posted if ever I'll hear from POEA so you may try to apply directly to saudi embassy as a walk-in applicant... I've already tried that, one of my friends rec'd a text message on June (well, she got years of experience) so I tried to apply as a walk-in but the guard asked for a text message from POEA or the folder w/ the POEA stamp. I have none so poor me... But I heard last March they did accept walk-in applicants. So we just need to keep on trying! I hope we'll hear from them SOON...
Hi! These hospitals came from 2 agencies somewhere in Malate. Do you know any of these? Thank you very much!
I never heard of Al Zayed or Oasis Hospital in Riyadh probably because they're pretty small institutions and not well known. Oasis is a small polyclinic in Riyadh, according to my friend who is working in Riyadh right now. However, both those hospitals can be found in UAE.
Check how much they're offering as it can be a little bit annoying once you are here and then they'll force you to sign another contract with lesser pay. A lot of nurses were dismayed when they found themselves facing heaps of problems because their employer refuses to honor the contract originally signed in the Philippines.

Thank you very much for that information. I just had my interview with the employer from Oasis. Since I only have 1 1/2 years of experience in a clinic , they said that I'm not qualified for a staff nurse position so they offered me a nurse assistant position which I declined. While waiting in line before me she had 2 years hospital experience also offered the same position as nurse assistant with a salary of 1600 riyals. I was like what are these guys up to? Now that I've found out that it's not a hospital... Thank God and thanks for your help. :) Perhaps it would be better to apply directly in POEA.
