I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

1. Saudi commission for Health Specialities

go to that link and put your registration number (no hyphens). It'll ask for an email address ( please make sure you'll enter a valid one and an email that you can access because this is where they will send you the certificate of good standing).

2. After step 1, it will generate an account number. Give the account number to your friend in Saudi Arabia. Instruct your friend to do the ff:

In any Al Rahji or Riyadh online ATM, click SADAD PAYMENTS. Then it will ask for a 3-digit biller code.. the code for Saudi Council Health Specialties payments is 129. after entering the 129 code, it will also ask for the account number. Enter the generated account number in the SCFHS registration. Certificate of good standing costs 300sr.

3. Wait for the email, usually it'll only take less than an hour.

Am a staff nurse presently working in a dispensary taif.i applied for Saudi council card. But now from university I got information that I have some issues to provide my Saudi council card.can you just help me, to whome I should ask about it..is there any contact number to call and ask.as am a fresher I have language issues too...so can you just help me

Did they mention what exactly the issue is? I can strongly recommend to gv them a call, if you have language issues, you can get a help with your Arabic speaking colleagues there in your hospital. You can reach their customer service hotline @ 9200 19393. :)

im applying for nclex exam and i need a license verification from saudi.. how is the process? im here now in US and im in really in need of your help please help me :(

Im not sure how considerate the USboards about license verification from Saudi Arabia :( because in my case, I applied for UK registration via NMC and I submitted a blank barcoded form for my Registration authority verification for Saudi Arabia. I also attached a cover letter that I am humbly requesting for their consideration since I am already outside the KSA and I don't hv friends or relatives who can help me with the processing. I sent those together with the documents that I have on hand such as the license card and the certificate of good standing. It will also greatly help you if you have your Professional Accreditation Certificate from SCFHS.

Thankfully, they accepted it and I received my decision letter. I can strongly recommend to you to email and contact the NCLEX authorities to ask for possible options and tell them what documents you have available since for sure you're not the only one who have the same case/issue.

thank you mango1888...they told me to apply first to cgfns and the cgfns will be the one who will validate all my requirements..now the cgfns is the one who wants for the verification of my license in saudi.. and im reading comments here and some are telling that only Good Moral Standing is already enough and accepted but someone said that schfs is already giving verification so i dont know which one is true now and how is the processing now..... and anyone have the copy of the Announcement leter that they are not entertaining verification of license that good moral standing is enough..please kindly send to me.. thank you so much

@mango1888.. I actually don't know if I already entered the queue. NMC received all my documents on March 8 but I clicked the submit button on first week of February.. Can I ask how would you know that you already entered the queue? And what kind of feedback did you receive from them? I kinda did what you did also with regards to my Saudi documents... thanks for your response. I really appreciate it
