Saudi Council license or registration verification

Hi. The best way for you to know the queue date is to call them directly. In most cases, the queue date is the date of the last document that they tagged as received on your portal (not the date that shows when you track the documents using the courier's tracking number). However, there were few people who experienced that their queue dates were not the same as the date of the last document uploaded. So, just to be sure, just give them a call. By the way, they will not email you if your documents have been already scanned on your portal. You need to check your NMC account from time to time for this.

The feedback that that I received from them last February 22,2017 was that, my assessor was asking me for an explanation letter regarding my professional Accreditation certificate. The letter that she was asking me to send had been already submitted to NMC via post together with my barcoded forms and was also uploaded in the portal (maybe my letter was just overlooked). When she found my letter, she told me to wait for few days regarding the assessment outcome. March 1, 2017 I received 2 emails from them: 1.) informing me that I can already download my DL and 2.) my assessor congratulating me and wishing me good luck for my OSCE. :)

@mango1888.. I actually don't know if I already entered the queue. NMC received all my documents on March 8 but I clicked the submit button on first week of February.. Can I ask how would you know that you already entered the queue? And what kind of feedback did you receive from them? I kinda did what you did also with regards to my Saudi documents... thanks for your response. I really appreciate it

Hi may i ask if you knowhow to take a copy of your prof. Accreditation cert. Qhen your outside saudi? Becausecmy employer did not release my accreditation cert.

I have the same case. When I was still in the full application and assessment for NMC registration, I asked my friend in Saudi Arabia to enquire about the process how to get the Professional Accreditation Certificate. So, she went to SCFHS branch in Riyadh and she was advised that they ceased re-issuing this document since August 2016.

I am not sure why they did this but I think it's because the new license cards that are being issued by Saudi Council already have a QR code on it that once scanned, it'll show all the details of the card holder. Some of the details that will show up are: registration number, license issue and expiration date, name of School where the BSN course was accomplished, graduation date and Iqama number. It is pretty cool and high-tech :) :) :) In short, all of the information that are present on the Certificate are already there.

What did you submit to them? R u already in the UK? Because in the decision letter, it is written there that all original documents should be submitted when you take the osce right? Have you taken the osce already? Thank u so much for answering my queries...

I just received my DL last March 1,2017 and I am still here in the Philippines waiting for the release of my COS.

I submitted a colored photocopy of my saudi license card and had it notarized and authenticated by DFA (red ribbon). I also attached my certificate of good standing and a cover letter that explains why I can't provide the professional Accreditation certificate. I scanned all the aforementioned documents and uploaded it on the allotted section for the saudi certificate. I also sent the hard copies of these documents together with my barcoded forms via post.

As for the OSCE part, I think it'll not going to be an issue since the NMC already accepted my application and granted me a decision letter that I can already proceed with the test of competence part 2. Also,after their careful assessment of my documents, if the absence of my Saudi Council certificate was unacceptable and if the supporting documents that I submitted were insufficient, I don't think they will even allow me to proceed to take the OSCE in the first place. :)

Hi. Please help, I don't know my registration number to request for Certificate of Good Standing... is therea way to request for it even without the registration number?
