Saudi Council license or registration verification

I'm from India. Please, need help with NMC OS2 registration verification, any one gone through Saudi council registration verification?? I'm currently stuck at verification. I was working as a nurse in Saudi Arabia @ hail from 2010 to 2012. Please let me know the process of nursing council verification @ saudi council, since I'm unable to find help from local authorities (shawn@ hail) please correct me if I'm wrong. I contacted Saudi council through my friends in Saudi, they said everything is available online and required only is a good standing cert,which I paid 300SR and received through email, but other than that no further information was available. Kindly need advice on this. I'm running out of time my license validity expires this month ie Jan. 2014.

I will let you know once I have my final dates as I wanted it sooner and I asked the school if they can move me at an earlier date. :) Saudi council is more organized and established now so verification will be smooth.

Guys can anybody advice me about something. Because last 2014 when i came here in KSA, there was no coe required during our dataflow and got my saudi council card that time. Im still working on the same hospital now. So incase i will be renewing by Saudi Council, will I be required to upload the COE from my last employer? Because i am having problem with my previous workplace. I already submitted by resignation with them and I finished my last day of work according to the resignation date I indicated. But when i was about to get a clearance they told me they wont release my COE because I had 5days absent 1 month before resigning(during my interview and medical). So they are asking me to pay 10thousand pesos just for the coe. So I really never got the final COE from my last employer. but during my application here they were able to confirm me because I was still working there when they called the HR. Can anybody pls tell me what to do with this?

I was wondering if your sister was able to get the licensure verification that you applied for her? If you don't mind me asking since it's for her application in the USA, was if for CGFNS or something else?

Hi. I would like to ask about Saudi Council verification for the dataflow. We know that they are going to verify on our previous experience. Coz i have an issue with my previous hospital in the hospital. I am already here in KSA right now and already have a saudi council card which will expire on 2018. But if i am to renew it in 2018 i will be uploading my coe from my previous hospital right? I would like to ask if you guys happen to know how they are going to do the verification? if it's only the start and end date of my working experience that they;re going to ask. Coz I was keeping in touch with my previous employer and they put an awol on my record when in fact that I only had 5 days absent that time coz I had my medical exam. But i was able to end my duty from the very last date of my resignation letter. Will the awol affect the verification?

I mean, this will be the sender's address that I will use even if I processed my documents in SAudi council Khobar?

Hello iceice,what i did was i let my friend pick up my form from saudi council and send it thru dhl stiill using saudi council as the sender. I have just send my papers today. I hope qthing will be fine. I'll just post some updates. Btw i process it in khobar

I also processed my license verification in Saudi Council Al Khobar. Since, you sent it via DHL and used saudi council as the sender,what was the address u used then? I want to send my document also thru DHL.

Hi guys! I requested the good standing certificate last week thru the website and after i paid the said amount (300sr) they have sent me the certificate. Now, my problem is, they put the OLD REGISTRATION not the recent one. I renewed my license last year and now i dont know what to do with this certificate. you can get the saudi council envelope with their address and make sure that there is a seal stamp on the flip.cover
