Santa Rosa Junior College Fall 2020

Published

Hello!
I haven’t seen a post yet for anyone applying to SRJC for Fall 2020/Spring 2021. I’m anxiously waiting to hear back, but it’s a long way until June! Any tips from anyone currently in the program on how to focus my “off time” this semester to stay sharp?

"7/01/20 UPDATE

Important update for CURRENT SRJC Associate Degree Nursing Program Applicants:

Our admissions process has been significantly impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. We will not be accepting a new class cohort of RN nursing students in Fall 2020.

If you have submitted a completed application in during the October 2, 2019 through February 7, 2020 application cycle your application is now being evaluated and prepared for the lottery process. We will receive lottery results by the end of July 2020.

Provisional admission letters for cohorts beginning in Spring 2021, Fall 2021, and Spring 2022 semesters will now be sent out by August 30, 2020.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes our applicants; however, due to the impacts related to the pandemic this situation has been unavoidable."

Notifications have been pushed out again! ?

@VetmedtoRN they're going to wait a whole month after receiving lottery result to notify people?

Apparently ? it says as late as 8/30 so hopefully sooner!

@VetmedtoRN that’s very frustrating, but, hopefully August 30th brings good news!

@Rocky Karpik @scorpiodez have you guys heard anything yet?

Hi! I’ve been checking this thread for a while? I haven’t heard anything yet! I keep checking my email...

Me too! I saw that it went to the junk folder for a few people in the 2019 thread so I’m watching that too

No nothing yet! I talked to a counselor and she said they’ll likely take until the 30th to send out letters

I haven’t heard anything yet either. Does anyone know if it will be an email or letter?

From what I have read it will be an email. Fingers crossed for us all!

Anyone heard anything yet?

I haven’t yet, but I keep checking my email every hour...  ?
