Santa Rosa Junior College Fall 2020

Hello!
I haven’t seen a post yet for anyone applying to SRJC for Fall 2020/Spring 2021. I’m anxiously waiting to hear back, but it’s a long way until June! Any tips from anyone currently in the program on how to focus my “off time” this semester to stay sharp?

Does anyone know when the Spring 21 semester begins?

@ALaw congratulations! I got accepted in to Spring 2022 as well! I’m trying to see if I can move up. Did you have it requested or did you just get an email?

@ALaw I’m in Spring 2021 and we have not received any dates for orientation or an official start date yet! @Michelle Leonard communicated with ---------------------------- and said that TEAS and orientation info will go out when our cohort is full. Last year orientation was in November! I have No idea if it will be in person or virtual. The semester starts for the college in general on 1/20/21. The health and safety requirements are on the SRJC website if you need to get started on those, feel free to message me!

@asanjose I sent an email asking if there was a spot for an earlier semester. I was in luck!

I just got accepted into the Fall 2021 cohort but I am anxiously awaiting a date of when I need to take my TEAS. Anyone have any idea? Two weeks or months?

I wouldn't be surprised if the Fall 2021 admits are not scheduled for the TEAS for a while, they will likely focus on getting the Spring 2021 students admitted and started before they move on to the next group. SRJC did not schedule the Spring '21 students until our cohort was finalized. I doubt they will schedule anything while they are still admitting students to the Fall 2021 or Spring 2022 groups.

Figure out a study plan for it and be ready, the Spring '21 group just got scheduled for the TEAS 11/14, so we essentially got two weeks notice for our test date.
