Hey everybody. I just saw I received an email from SMC on Sep. 21st to take the NLN-PAX next month! Since there doesn't seem to be a thread for this prospective cohort yet, I thought I'd start one now for us to share info on the application process.

Would anyone like to share their GPA's ?

Im cleared with A's for Anatomy and Physiology but I think I'm going end up w a C and hopefully a B in Micro.

does my GPA matter to get invited to take the NLN ?

3.5 GPA will give you the most points. But if you have over 3.0 there is still a good chance. I think everyone that has over 2.5 are eligible to take the NLN pax

I got all As in my prerequisites. I think as long as you have A or B in your prerequisites, you should be good:) My GPA is 3.9

Do you guys remember what font the text on the scrubs has to be? And where we could get it done?

I was going to ask the same question!! There was no specification about the font.. oh and does anyone know what kind of "white shoes" we need to get? ?

I am also really confused about the shoes. It says no athletic shoes so no sneaker like shoes?

I did. they said any "nursing shoes" (white ones) so no sneakers! if you go to the website for the uniforms, you can find the footwear tab, then just select color white:)
