Hey everybody. I just saw I received an email from SMC on Sep. 21st to take the NLN-PAX next month! Since there doesn't seem to be a thread for this prospective cohort yet, I thought I'd start one now for us to share info on the application process.

It looks completely different from mine. Did you buy the package with the code that was sent from SMC?

Yes. I used the code that was emailed to us..

Thats so weird! Best thing would probably be to give Castlebranch a call and see what is going on.

This is how mine looks and it looks different from both of you guys and I purchased it with the SMC code ? did we all get different versions? But even with mine I was able to register for the drug test

There are two approved ways to create a special place for your cohort.

One: create a facebook page. This link may be posted.

Two:  members may create a "club" by clicking on the Breakroom/Clubs link in the Communities tab at the top of this page. Then click on "Create A New Club" at the top of the page, and follow instructions.

References to other than these two avenues will be moved from view, to comply with the Terms of Service.

I guess my payment didn't go through due to some internet connection error at my place on Thursday! I checked my credit card statement to see if it got processed, but it didn't. So I purchased it again! and now I have the drug screening and other vaccines list and the background check! Thanks for helping out again!!

were you guys able to make an appointment for the drug screening fairly quickly? Im nervous since next week is thanksgiving week... ? I am planning to call the labcorp tomorrow morning to see if I can make an appointment tomorrow..
