Hello,

This is my first time applying and I applied with 84.5 points and got alternative spot #18 so chances are I will have to apply for Spring 2021. Does anyone know the conversion rate for the HESI to TEAS points since I passed the TEAS but I want to retake it for a higher score but the admission's office informed me that I would have to wait 365 days to retake the TEAS since I passed on my 1st attempt. Can you just submit the HESI in place of the TEAS score if anyone has done so I would would much appreciate.

Thank you for your time,

I submitted both my HESI (86) and TEAS (80.7) score with my application. I believe it states that you can use HESI score, but, be sure you took all the subjects that the program requires.

Only west coast uni accepts HESI

According to their multi criteria..the HESI score is pro rated. I believe I called and asked and they said they do accept it. Whoever wants to know..just check out their website or email them.

SAC accept HESI score. I submitted HESI and accepted in the program last year. They don't provide conversion chart to the students, but I remember that my HESI score (82) was given 10 point or so.

Hello, this is my first time here. How many chances will be there for alternative lists to get accepted? My number is pretty behind.

Hi! I’ve heard the first 10 alternates have a good chance but hey if you made the alternate, let’s be optimistic! Hope dies last! ??Good luck!

I would say the first 5 alternates is safe. My seat is 16 out of 20 and see no hope ?

For those that got an initial acceptance was there a time for today's May 8th deadline to confirm or accept your acceptance letter.

Thanks for responding ☺️

Do you guys believe that the alternates will for sure be contacted today? Or will if possibly be later?

I dont think it today. IDK how SAC does. But my friend have to wait for at least 2 months to get a slot at GWC last semester. She was 8/20
