Can anyone please tell me about any experiences you have had with this organization? I am about to start my first job here, but I have heard many mixed things. Thanks!

So, I saw that you started at Sanford Health. I have an interview with them (Fargo location). I'm from WA and a new grad. I know you haven't been there long, but what can you say?
Thank you,

I just interviewed here as well. I'm from California! How was yours and for what unit?

May I ask how long it was between when you applied and when you got a call back from HR? Thanks.
I believe it was within the week. The time from my online application->offer was just about two weeks. :) good luck!

Oh, that is good news! I just applied to a few positions so far at Sanford in Fargo. I wonder if I'll get a call back too. I don't know how likely they are to take in a new grad for oncology and OR, but I took the chance and applied anyway. There's tons of more positions I wanna try applying for when I get the chance. I'm from California too! I also have to think about the living conditions in North Dakota too, but that doesn't seem to concern me too much. Just the cost... since this is gonna be me starting out my life for the first time.

Last time I checked, they dont take new grads for Oncology. OR... I think they do..
Well then... I will hope for OR, ICU and psych. But really, anything would be great just to get my first experiences in.
Thank you, DatMurse.
I got an interview for the OR last Friday, but didn't get the job. That was the one I wanted the most too. On the brighter side, I have three back-to-back interviews for Sanford in Fargo again for the observation unit, orthopedics and psych! Psych seems the most exciting to me, so I am hoping for that one, but the other two would probably be better for me to start with since I want to be an OR nurse someday.
