San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC) - LVN to RN Bridge

Hello!

I recently applied for SJVC in Visalia LVN to RN Bridge program for 2025. I already took my RN fundamentals test and passed. I was wondering if anyone else has taken it and if they have been contacted about an interview?

That's smart! It's funny you guys have to do all your titers and stuff on your own! At Visalia they are holding a day for physicals. So we go in for our physicals, titers, and TB I believe. Then on 12/13 is our orientation

Wow, now that would have been Great! You guys at Visalia are lucky. I wish Ontario campus would of had the same. 😩

are we all waiting for orientation to do the 10 panel and physical?

I am. I'd rather not pay for it if I don't have to. I'm not doing anything until after orientation. Our first 5 weeks are labs and not on site so we have time to get things done on our own if we have to.

I have everything except the drug test done. Will go wherever they send Us for that.

My physical was due so my Dr is completing whatever she can on the 9th and then will follow up with the school with whatever is needed. Trying to just enjoy the holidays and not stress before we start school.

Hey for the Ontario Cohort. Did anyone else receive a call asking if you already purchased your scrubs? I did about 30min ago.

I haven't. I have only gotten an email about completing an online training.

Yes. Supplier wanted to make sure all orders are in o they can send the scrubs for embroidery.

Yeah, I got that email too. It says Orientation starts at 0800, but I thought I read somethinh else that said 0900. Regarding the scrubs, she said she was calling to make sure everyone is getting them. Probably calling leading up to Orientation.

Hmmm... I better place my order soon. Are the scrubs included in the tuition cost, can't remember

Yeah I was wondering the same thing. I need to confirm tomorrow

Hmmm.. I better place my order. Is the cost of the scrubs included in the tuition fee?
