San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC) - LVN to RN Bridge

I recently applied for SJVC in Visalia LVN to RN Bridge program for 2025. I already took my RN fundamentals test and passed. I was wondering if anyone else has taken it and if they have been contacted about an interview?

I wonder if we buy the scrubs from another vendor, will the vendor they use still stitch the school emblem on them? The woman at the uniform store said the turnaround for getting them back is a few weeks, because they wait for all the orders.

I wasn't even aware of an emblem being on them. Even the scrubs I saw people wearing on site didn't have an emblem. If that's the case I'd rather just buy it and sew it on myself. There's a huge difference in pricing.

I think they run true to size. I wear an 8/10 and the medium scrubs fit perfectly.

If your use to wearing figs these are on the bigger end. I'm an Xs tall so I can't even order from the school site 😭😂

Heads up per R****** the 10 panel may be completed by the school.

Miraculously I called my drs office and there's was a cancellation for a physical so I was able to fit in an appt for everything 🥹

 

I wear M in pants for figs and S for shirt but I think the school scrubs are like my work scrubs they run big I think they said we can go in and get sized

Yep I'm a xxs in figs and randomly xs sometimes. I tend to swim in regular scrubs. 

If anyone has Kaiser target clinics are a quicker option.

any reference on what our schedules will look like? when I had my enrollment appt they said they would let us know at orientation but I have to let my job know ;/

I saw someone say we'd thru Friday for the first term. I'm on the phone with them now will ask and see what they say.

Okay thank you! I know someone who previously did the program and they said they had clinicals Monday, Wednesday and Friday was theory
