San Joaquin Valley College (SJVC) Spring 2022 Nursing Program

Hi All,

Anyone else apply for the SJVC program that starts April 2022? I applied, and had my interview a few days ago. Still waiting on the financial aid call, when I followed up they stated they were running behind on calling applicants. They won't notify anyone of their acceptance until the week of February 28th, that is if they are not running behind. I pray that one of the programs I applied for has a spot for me.

hey congratulations on getting into the program! I am going through the process right now and Im worried about the tuition, where you able to find loans with no co-signer? how is the schedule like? thank you in advance for any responses

Hi! I ended up taking a spot I was offered at COS. I cancelled all of the loans I had before I started SJVC’s program. The good thing now is no student loans to cover the cost. I will be saving over 60k by going to COS. I started in August and will graduate December 2023. Good luck to you!

I just got an email from SJVC for their LVN to RN program Visalia, Spring 2023. I’m an alternate. Has anyone being on the alternate before and what are my chances for being acccepted.?

I filled out the enrollment package yesterday. Now waiting for my transcripts to be evaluated.

What does the interview questions consist of?
