They do 10% lottery from the students that get document invitation? Or from the students that are not invited?

That’s a good question. And just because we got invited to submit docs, that doesn’t necessarily mean we are in right?

I’m pretty sure it’s 10% from those invited to to submit documentation. Because if you’re not invited, that means you were denied.

Yeah, being invited isn’t a guarantee of acceptance into the program.

I saw a post on fb, student told that he got accepted last sem with 52 points he said he must be the lucky one from lottery. So, I wonder a student with 52 points can't get a document invitation. It means lottery selection is either from overall applicants or from the ones that are not invited.

Lottery is of all applicants that meet the minimum criteria to apply not just ones who were invited to submit documentation.

I already submitted my transcripts to Delta (electronically) when I submitted my application... now that I am invited to submit documents, must I submit transcripts again?

Yes you still have to submit your transcripts

Thank you!!

Also, for things that do not apply to me, such as work license and stuff, do I just leave it blank and not check off anything??

One last thing, do they require us to send over transcripts electronically? Or should we attach it in the packet/envelope?

I’m pretty new to this. What is the best way to get course descriptions for your classes? Also, they just need the course descriptions for the prerequisites right? Not like your whole transcript?

I’m planning on dropping my docs off tomorrow after class, so if anyone from the Sacramento area wants me to drop off theirs, I would be more than happy. I just don’t feel comfortable mailing it lol.

10% of those invited. For example there is 120 invited 40-50 will get in. Of that 40-50 10% will be selected by lottery

I don’t think they have to be invited to be considered in the lottery. Last semester someone got in with a 42 and they did not invite that low of a number for documentation.
