San Joaquin Delta College Spring 2019

Hey there! Is anyone else applying for Delta College's nursing program for Spring 2019? This is my first round of applications so I'm really anxious and excited at the same time. What are your stats? I am also applying to American River College in Sacramento Ca where I live. Best of luck to you all!

I emailed them and they said they are working on it. They will call me when I can sign up. Have you had any issues?

No I signed up for whatever was left on assigned date. I got email for as an alternate for fastrack but I'm not sure if I want it if they offer the spot.

I applied with 82 points. They called today and left a voicemail asking confirmation for the fasttrack.

They called me today as well. I never got the email, but I'm an alternate, so I'll go to the orientation and hopefully I can get in. I just want to graduate ASAP. My friend said like 5 alternates got in last January.

Hey guys! I'm new to this thread, I got in at SJDC with 74 points. I am going to be doing clinicals at Lodi memorial and I am an alternate for the fast track program. I tried to call to find out what number alternate I am, and the lady said she wasn't sure but they only invited 5 alternates to attend the information session. So fingers crossed I make it in.

I had 73.5 so I was probably the #5 I'm guessing since it seems pretty low to be "top 20ish", so you know you are at least # 4

. I want to do Lodi because it's closer to Sac, but I haven't been able to register for classes.

so if you are also an alternate and there is 3 of us here, then we only have 2 others out there. How many points did you have????

I think I had 76.5 and that's if I counted correctly. Do you know how hard the fastrack program is ? Because I'm most likely going to turn it down. My clinicals are at manteca..

My friend doesn't work or have kids ( as a reference. I don't know if you do) and said the summer semester was really hard, but the other semesters weren't too bad. They did L&D and Psych together during the summer semester.

You will get in. I emailed a few days ago and explained I was not going to take my spot in the Fast Track. I'm sure there are a handful of students who are going to decline a spot because they got into a CSU. If you are in the Fast Track you should get an email that states your in, and roughly describes the duration of the program.

Yeah I heard the same from spring 2018 students whose in fastrack as well. If you didn't receive email I can forward it to you. It explains the entire schedule and few other things in it :)

PS: I won't be working nor I have kids so lets see!!
