Hey there! Is anyone else applying for Delta College's nursing program for Spring 2019? This is my first round of applications so I'm really anxious and excited at the same time. What are your stats? I am also applying to American River College in Sacramento Ca where I live. Best of luck to you all!
The best 20 will get an email offering them the fast track option, and if they decline it moves down the list till the 20 spots are filled since not everybody wants to do it. My friend got into it for this past Spring, so she sent me the email to show me.
ARC will tell us around thanksgiving, so that sucks. They only take like 25-30 people and 200-300 people apply each semester. I didn't get in once already, so my hopes aren't too high. It's 10 min from home and 5 min from my kid's school... it would be so nice.
Anyone from Sacramento get accepted?? I will be apply next year if I don't get into Arc
I'm from Elk Grove and it is a smooth 35 minute drive for me. I am excited because for once I will not be dealing with traffic. I currently go to Sac State and commute is a pain in the butt with all of the Sac traffic.
The fast track one will be 18 months including summer time , right? And do you know what clinical sites we will be in?
it's 16 months and i believed they mentioned hospitals in Stockton and Modesto.I'm not from the area so I don't remember the names.
also... If I don't get into ARC i'll be commuting from downtown Sacramento, but my kid's school is near ARC, so I'll prob have to start or end in that area anyway so its a solid hour of driving for me.
