San Joaquin Delta College Spring 2019

Published

Hey there! Is anyone else applying for Delta College's nursing program for Spring 2019? This is my first round of applications so I'm really anxious and excited at the same time. What are your stats? I am also applying to American River College in Sacramento Ca where I live. Best of luck to you all!

I got in with 79.5 pts. But yeah I do not have any icon in the yellow box to receive any "student packet", and no email from the school yet. I did submit my decision under the submit ADN decision link but nothing else in the box haha. Congrats to everyone who got in

yes exactly that's what I did too.. I emailed school but no reply so far. If you click on "submit my adn decision" it takes you back to same form. I hope once you accept it its final, because there is no confirmation email of any sort.

I'm guessing there is gonna be a lot of movement today so we won't get anything from the school till tomorrow or Thursday.

I have a quick question, are you guys planning to work while in the program??

I'm working full-time right now. I might have to go part-time. I don't know how intense the program is. My friend is in Yuba RN program and he is working part-time. He states that full-time work may get challenging. But its def doable because I've seen people get through school while working full-time. Personally, I would reduce my hours.

Congratualtion to everyone who got in, and thank you for those of you who have shared your stats. For all the other applicants please keep us updated with your stats for us anxious alternates :)(wether you got in or not, giving up your spot if accepted at your 1st choice school so we can have a better idea). I was Alt.#18 with 63.5 points. I applied not expecting to get in but with a little hope of maybe having an opportunity for an early start:)So for those of us who didnt get in, dont give up. Our timing will come:)

I work on call, so I can't if I'm in nursing school. My last month on call will end the first week of January. I think they recommend you don't work if you can avoid it.

I really want to get into the fast track program!

please let us know here if you've been offered a seat on the fast track and if you took it or not.

Anyone from Sacramento get accepted?? I will be apply next year if I don't get into Arc

Hi guys, I get

accepted into RN program at Delta College as well. I am from Sacramento, so it will be a long commute for me. I am still waiting for ARC. if I get in ARC, I will decline my spot at Delta.

Hi girl, so how do you know that if you are offered the fast tract one? If they do offer me the fast tract, I will take it.

The commute isn't that bad compared to a coworker of mine that drove to the bay area, seems like the better grades the easier it is to get in, seems like a lot of people from this site got in, Congrats to all of you
