SAN JOAQUIN DELTA COLLEGE FALL 2019 ADN

Nursing Students School Programs

Hey everyone I can't seem to find a forum for the Fall 2019 application for Delta so I thought I'd create one. I applied already. I like the way the new application is set up online. It was clearer to me this time around. I'm curious as to how many points everyone is applying with. ?

4pm 5/31, so you won't have to wait too long to hear if you're in. Even at 22, anything can happen. Delta might not be the top of the list for everyone and if they had high scores they may have got in elsewhere too. How many points did you app with?

70 points.... which is what is so frustrating, because that is the number that the delta counselor told me to aim for to be “competitive.”

What a joke. ?

I got in! I’m so happy! I applied with 76 points for those who are wondering.

I can't wait to meet the rest of you and start this journey!

Also, did anyone get a confirmation email after accepting your spot? I didn't so I just want to make sure it went through.

I’m in I applied with 81 points. I’m in shock. So many rejections from random selection. And now an acceptance.

Anyone from Sacramento want to commute?

Have you by chance screw up something on your application?

No, I didn’t get disqualified. I’m an alternate.

Anyone know how many alternates have been accepted in the past??

I’m an alternate... #34

the counselor said my 71 points were “super competitive”. I guess I’ll just wait for MJC

They have gotten into the 20’s in the past. I know someone who was 21 I believe and got in. Of course every year will be different. Good luck to you!

Hey everyone. I will be declining my choice to Delta if I get into MJC's since I live in Modesto. I applied with 80.5 points to Delta for anyone that was wondering. Good luck to the alternatives, I hope you guys get in.

I got in aswell with 77 or 78 points, seems like it was more competitive this semester.

Does anyone know how long they give alternates to accept or decline a spot? I know that the people that were accepted into the program have until the 31st to accept the position, but after they start going down the alternate list, how long does each alternate have to respond?
