Hey everyone! I noticed there wasn't a topic for San Jacinto so I made one. I'm applying to Central campus and want to apply to North, but I've noticed there application isn't up yet! Who else is applying?
Just now, Abigail Mae said:I actually have the same question LOL
LOL! I think I’m going to go ahead and do both. I have to pay to get my transcript sent over to San jac since I took the HESI for another school initially. I called and they said that takes about 7-10 business days to do and it’s $15. Just in case anyone was wondering about that as well.
Hi everyone! I’m also applying for central, I plan to have my application sent off tomorrow. I pretty much have everything done with castle branch as well, just waiting on urine results. If y’all don’t mind me asking, what’s everyone’s rubric score and GPA and all that?:(
I feel very un confident with my scores ?

Im hoping to send mine off Monday! As far as the flu shot, Blue card and physical exam goes those are to be done once you are accepted into the program correct? I think if you got the required scores and requirements to apply you shouldn’t worry! I got a 93 on the HESI, my GPA is 3.7, and with everything calculated I got a 23 for my rubric score. What about you?

I got my flu shot already just to have it, but yes blue card and physical are done once you are already accepted in the program! I got a 90.8 on my HESI, 100% on the anatomy portion. My GPA is 3.69, but the only problem is I have one prereq in progress. I’m taking micro this fall, so I get the disadvantage of not having points for that class. I have 19 points with this current class, so it’s not the best. They’re going to obviously consider those who have everything done over me, but I’m hoping for a miracle LOL :c

OK, I’ll probably do that as well then! Where did you go for titers if you don’t mind me asking?
Those are great stats! I don’t want to discourage you, but I did go to a meeting for Spring of 2020 and they had said they no longer take classes in progress starting that semester. I wasn’t able to apply for that semester because of that. I could be wrong and maybe they switched it back though.

I think they might have changed it back to allowing one course to be In progress because I emailed both Mrs. ***** and ****** at Central, and they both stated in the email it was fine to have it in progress to just keep in mind it won’t be used for points on the rubric.
since I didn’t have insurance when I got them I looked up low cost clinics and ended up finding one in Pasadena! It was the cheapest I could find, I’d have to look back for the name of it
