San jacinto college adn fall 2010

Hi everyone. Im wondering if any of you are planning on applying to San Jac ADN program or are in the program? Also, when applying will you be using option A, B or both? Lets talk about it here. :redbeathe

Hi everyone, I also applied for the fall 2010 under option B, hopefully I get accepted like everyone else here. I'm a little anxious in playing the waiting game. Good luck to everyone.

Hello All,

I am in the program and just finished my first semester. I used option B, and my ACT score was a 25, and my pre-reqs GPA was a 3.6. I have talked to some of my fellow nursing students and if you made B's, that doesnt mean that you dont have a shot. I think they look at your entire educational background and then make decisions based on that. Best of luck to you all and let me know if you have any questions.

Has anyone received an email from SanJac Nursing Dept confirming that you have applied? I was expecting the email yesterday June 1st...I guess they are running a little behind!!! :)

Nope. Nothing yet. I will definitley post when I receive anything from the nursing department though. Hopefully soon!

I haven't heard anything yet either. I applied under option B and hope to get in. I tried to apply for Spring 2010, but my math and english courses had to be already completed to apply, and not in progress. This time I have everything ready to go.

I haven't received an email either we just have to wait and see probably till next week or so. I just hope my app doesn't get lost or misplaced.

Hey everybody!

Its been only the 2nd day of june right?...I know of students who applied at 4:30 p.m yesterday. So you see..now that they have closed the application time... they will eventually get in to the jazz! So take heart! After being free in a long time.. i still cannot seem to sleep at 10 p.m..my timing is 2a.m or 3a.m ..why oh why:bugeyes:..

UGH I am really tired of waiting too!!! I applied with all options...SAT, ACT and gpa. I got a 26 on the ACT an 1280 on SAT and unfortunately a 3.4 for GPA. I got a C in English because I took it in high school and didn't know what I wanted to do and only cared about finishing high school...sigh. Also haven't seen anything in my email box although I've been checking every day!! Even the spam

Me too, I hate playing the waiting game! I heard that some people do not find out until mid to end of July. At least June 1st is come and gone. Cross those fingers people and say a prayer! :redbeathe

At the info session they said to not even call and bug them about it until after july 5th!! I'm hoping it is sooner, but I know last semesters students didn't find out til about dec 20th and the deadline was nov 1st

I didnt find out last semester till the 3rd week of December, and we were supposed to find out the first week of December. Not knowing is always the hardest part and it almost killed me checking my email daily every hour on the hour lol. Good luck guys and dont be surprised if it takes longer than expected.
