San Jacinto ADN Fall 2014 Applicants

So I'm creating this post for all applicant to the San Jacinto nursing program for fall of 2014! I'm so excited to begin this journey after a lot of thought of whether i should do LVN or ADN and i have finally made my mind up. Good luck to you all! Do you mind sharing where you are in the process. Only been back in Houston for 2 months and have made my check list of what i need to complete before 05/01/14.:)

1. Hesi A2

2.Order Transcripts

3.Drug Screening

4.Background

5. Classes (Biol 2402, Biol 2420, Biol 2401)

6.Flu Shot saving for last

I am gonna call them tommorow if I don't get the confirm letter back. Since they were closed fr the weekend I bet they had a loot if emails frm people who got accepted AND denied.

I got an email back pretty quickly today. So it seems as though they're going threw them!

Ketsia_xo I just wanted to giv u my personal opinion. Lone star is a great college my mom did her lvn thier and rn at san jac. She always told me lone star was much better and understanding. But if hospitals and nursing homes know ura graduate frm san jacinto I heard you get the job fr sure cuz people who pass from san jacinto are really hard working and favored more.. But I hope u choose the best one.

I called her and she told me since my name is a v its gonna b a whike but she has it and I don't need to worry at all :)

So we still have get titers done after getting a those shots? (I lost my vaccination record and had to start all over) ouch!!!!
