Hi everyone! I thought I would start a group for everyone applying to San Diego City College ADN program for Fall 2017. From other posts it seems like students usually hear back the first week of January but I'm sure it all depends how many people apply. Good luck to everyone applying!
Hi all - Congrats to those accepted. I am a former SDCC nursing student and am selling ALL of your required books and 2 uniforms (size large pants, and XL pants, and Med zip shirt and large zip shirt) - they are unisex. I also have "extra" books like ATI and others. Have any of you started a Facebook group for your class yet? It is a great way to communicate. If you do, please let me know and I can let you know what I have available. I am willing to sell in a bundle and save you some money, or separate out.
I haven't had Facebook in a few years but I can start one after I figure out how to use it again! email me your emails & I'll invite everyone.

Hello All. We have setup a Facebook Group: SDCC Nursing Class of 2019. You should be able to find it by searching for the name. Please join and feel free to invite any of our classmates you know. Thanks.
HI guys, I am a recent new grad at SDCC nursing program. My advice is to NEVER fall behind. Always read a bit of what next lecture will be about. Study the material after every class, so when an exam comes, all you have to do is brush off on the subjects. This is a very DIFFICULT major, so plan on not having a lot of free time, and possibly not working.
Some of the books such as for fundamentals, psych, and leadership I recommend to rent it, you will barely use them. The one you will be using most of the time is Med-Surg book, I recommend to buy that one.
Good luck to you all!

When I applied the deadline was December 1st. The November thing might a typo but you may want to double check by shooting them a quick email.
