Hi everyone! I thought I would start a group for everyone applying to San Diego City College ADN program for Fall 2017. From other posts it seems like students usually hear back the first week of January but I'm sure it all depends how many people apply. Good luck to everyone applying!
Hello everyone. So I was told I had to be in the second class, but got an email yesterday offering me the first since the second is full. I know you guys started last week and now am torn since I missed the first class. What did you guys do? What did I miss? Should I just wait until the second now so that I am up to speed? I don't have the books or anything yet. Feel free to post any helpful information here, if you wouldn't mind. Thanks so much!
In regards to books: around the registration area/class schedule part of the website I was able to click on the bookstore/ reading list or something along those lines. It brought up a list of what was needed (same as posted above). I looked online and found I was able to rent them at a couple different places, but to qualify for free shipping you have to spend $50 which the three titles did not add up to. I found them on amazon as well-I believe $80 or so for al three with free two day shipping. I'm leaning towards that
There are no waitlists that I know of. The nursing programs in San Diego go off a point system. Each school may be a little different but whichever ones you are interested in you can look on their website for a breakdown of the points and most information you need will be posted on their website as well, or you could call.

Hi, thanks @emilymichelle. I think I found the books on the bookstore. Will you clarify these books? Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association
