Hello all! Thanks for creating this thread, we are in it together! I'm applying at the Oakland campus fall 2020 BSN.

HESI 88.4%

120+ volunteering hours at SMMC in SF

4.0 GPA Science/ Overall

Sucks that I have four courses in progress ??‍♂️. On the bright side none of them are science courses.

Best of luck to all!

Have you guys sent your official transcripts yet? I'm confused on the process.

You can make an appointment with the admissions counselor or email them to get more info! You have to submit official transcripts via NursingCAS

Hey guys! Just turned my application in a couple of days ago! Super nerve wracking experience, but glad we are all in this together! I’m currently waitlisted for the January term. The wait is long, but it will go by fast! I wish everyone the best of luck and I hope we all get to celebrate together when we get the email in March!

That is so awesome! The process has been super nerve wracking for me as well... Are you wait listed for the Spring 2020 BSN program at SMU? I wonder how many people have applied for this cohort...

Ya it’s a scary and long process! I have put every thing I have into these last two cycles! We will make it I though, just keep putting out positive thoughts! Yes, I am on the waitlist for the spring 2020 term where I still have a chance of being pulled into that cohort in the next month. But I didn’t want to risk it and applied again!

that's super smart! I might start an application for the following cohort just be on the safe side.

Did any of you guys attend the Nursing Success Seminar over the past summer?

Yes! Excited for the process to start ?. I hope everyone had a great holiday season and I’m excited to have peers to go through this process with and connect with during the application cycle.

May I ask what number you were on the waitlist for spring 2020?
