Hello fellow applicants. It's been 3 weeks since the submission deadline and I'm getting nervous?. I don't think this cycles' group has been made so I assume no one has been invited to an interview yet. Best of luck to us all?

Hi all! Congrats to those who got an invite! I received mine yesterday too and will join some of you on the 27th. ?

How are you guys preparing for the interview? and if you don't mind sharing, what are you stats?

I graduated in 2012 with cum GPA 3.29. I've been working in a surgical practice for 6 years since while taking some more science pre-reqs to raise my GPA. Kind of nervous but hope it will go well!

I'm not entirely sure. I would contact admissions inquiring the information.

What day is your interview? I was give 4-5 dates.

Mine is the 26th! I also had 4 days to pick from. I applied for the FNP.

BIG CONGRATULATIONS to everyone who has received an interview, and good luck on your interviews!!!!!

I emailed admissions about invites being sent out all at once or if we can expect more emails to be sent out. This is what admissions replied with:

"Interview invites are sent out in September. They can be sent out all at once, but if additional interviews are needed the admission committee may have the admissions department send out more via email.

Eeeeek! I’m still keeping my fingers crossed about interview invites for the Case Management program. It seems that I’m the only person in this forum that applied for Case Management, but I read in forums from previous years that some ppl applied to both FNP and Case Management and got their invites about a week apart... FNP invite 1st, then Case Management invite a week or so later.

Good luck to everyone interviewing next week!!

I applied to both actually. I’m waiting to see if I get an invite for the CM program too.

Just a heads up for anyone waiting on an interview invite, my Samuel Merritt materials got filtered into my spam box through Gmail. I almost missed everything because I've never seen an official university email end up in spam but turns out it happens.

Thank goodness you checked your spam!!! Just curious... who was the sender for your emails/interview invite? Was it “Samuel Merritt University <[email protected]>”?
