Hey Everyone! Just starting a new post to keep us all updated for this cycle :) Has anyone started or submitted their application yet?
@FNPTOB2018, hey! First semester is going well. Lots of work, but completely do-able with time mgmt. I was 9 months pregnant when I started the program and actually gave birth the end of the 1st week of classes! If you're dedicated and truly want to be a nurse, it can be done, even with obstacles. For interviews, I suggest just being yourself. I know for my cohort, fnp people were interviewed in groups and CM people had individual interviews.
For my interview, I was asked to state what I thought was a current issue in the health care system and why. I'm not sure what my fellow classmates that are doing the FNP track were asked during their interviews, but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt to know just general, current events in nursing. I wouldn't overthink it, though. Like I said, just be yourself.
