Kathy: No, you just gotta jump in there and raise your hand. (unless they've changed it). I remember one person at my interview saying," I have nothing to say bc someone took my answer already". That was heavily frowned upon. I mean, say something!!! I think the earlier you answer the better bc for sure someone won't copy your answer. But, the interview is a mix of things, not only hearing oral answers. And, that's all I can say about that. :p Nothing to fret over. Not to sound repetitive, "Just Relax, Smile, and answer Thoughtfully & Intelligently".:D

Oh, you may have heard this in other threads but one person in each interview group will get early acceptance and the rest will find out in the fall. So, I'm expecting 3 will be admitted by this weekend. If you don't get early admittance, don't worry.. If you do, that's great!! You don't have to worry until the fall!!

Just be sure to get a good night rest the night before!!! GOOOD LUCK!!!!

Much thanks to chowchua for referring me to this thread, in addition to everyone who's given their advice and support! I'm also interviewing on 8/8 at 1:30pm. All this info regarding the process has definitely made me more nervous, but hopefully it will make me prepare better for it as well. Good luck to everyone!

Hi All!

Tomorrow is the big day! :scrying: I am super nervous!!!!!!!! I have just gone through older posts from the Oakland, Fall 2009 applicants. It appears that they have an individual interview while the Sacramento Campus has group interviews, I am not sure which I would prefer, maybe no interview at all???? :) Does anyone know how many people will be interviewing for the program as well as how many spots are available? I am pretty sure the ratio will only bring me to tears....oh well. Good luck everyone!

I have my appt on 8/10 at 10:00 and I am nervous as well, but excited to get it over with and glad for the opportunity. As far as I can figure out they have two interview sessions tomorrow and one on Monday. It's going to be one or two long months ahead of us having to wait to find out.

hey bioscigeek, there are usually 20-22 spots available for the FNP track and i think they interview about 60-70?
