Samuel Merritt ELMSN-CM Oakland 2010

Hello all,

I am new to allnurses.com. I recently applied to the ELMSN-CM program for the Fall 2010, was wondering if anyone else out there has also. If so, have you heard anything yet. Also, was wondering if there were any alumni out there who can tell me what the program is like. Any insight would be nice. Thanks!

Hi Karen, I'm just starting my last year in the ELMSN-CM program. Good luck with you application! I've enjoyed being Samuel Merritt, however it has been a long, difficult road. Know that this program is really a challenge and will take your full dedication. Having said that, it is also not impossible. If you get in, bond with your classmates, as they will be your greatest resource for support and encouragement along the way, and they will be the only ones who understand your challenges.

Karen, I hold a BS in Biology and worked as a chemist for 5-6 years, then did some accounting work before becoming a stay at home mom. Now I've decided to head back to work and wanted a new career.

Hi KarenRH I also applied to the elmsn-cm program. I was looking at the elmsn-fnp forum and I guess they've started interviewing. I wonder if the CM program has. Have you heard anything? The waits making me nervous, and whenever I get free time to call Samuel Merritt it always goes to a voicemail.

Hey Karen! I just got an email containing interview times that I can sign up for! I'm soo excited to finally hear back and defintely nervous about what happens next! Lol have you heard anything?

Are all of you got your acceptance/rejection letters? I still haven't got anything. And noone returns my voice calls :(
