Thank you for the tip! You were accepted into FNP too?

Yes. I was told 8 people were accepted.

does anyone know anyone that got accepted that won't be going? I'm #1 on the list and wanted to see if I should prepare since it would happen really fast

Same! Aw congratulations!! I wish I could connect with more of the cohort already because the FB groups are taking a while to accept.

Hi everyone,

I was searching for the most current ELMSN-FNP forum for Samuel Merritt and I just wanted to ask how the interview process was. Was it on Zoom or a phone call? Was it a long interview? How did you prepare for your interview? I just want a general idea beforehand!
I was also wondering if anyone was able to attend the Nursing Seminar Success Seminar? If so, how was that? Is it an in-person seminar and how long was it? Did you find it beneficial to decide you wanted to attend Samuel Merritt?

Hi everyone! I hope you all had a great start to the program. I start this fall and was wondering if any of you were able to fit in work? I expect it's not likely realistic to work, but I'm definitely holding onto a bit of hope! I appreciate any feedback if possible. Ty!

Hi! There are people still able to work in our cohort. We are in semester 2 now and the schedule is 2 12hr shifts per week plus 3 days of classes so expect school 5 days per week for the pre license year.

I see! So students who have been able to squeeze in work are doing so over the weekend or evening shifts? Thank you for the insight!

I'm not sure but our clinicals are on weekends. Not sure if that's for all but you'll have to roll with the punches as they give you info. 😉

gotcha! thank you so much!
