i just got an email from the financial aid department saying:

the office of admission has notified us that you have applied for admission. if you have not already done so, now is the time to complete your financial aid application for 2008-2009.
to help you get started, please follow these easy steps:
you will need your 2007 federal income tax information to follow the fafsa instructions
you will also need your four digit federal pin number. if you do not remember your pin number or never applied for one, you may request a pin number by going online at www.pin.ed.gov

is it some kind of standard email they sent everyone who applied? have you guys got one too?
