Samuel Merritt BSN Spring 2022

Hi everyone! 

I haven't seen anyone post about SMU's BSN program for Spring 2022 in Oakland. Is anyone applying? This is my first time applying and July 1st is coming up quick! 

Good morning everyone. Would you please update if you hear anything from SMU.

From all other forums. Someone has always posted they found out if they were accepted through the portal a day before. It is okay that no one here has. Makes me wonder if they are planning to extend this decision day once again.

Unless everyone who is participating in this forum did not get accepted. Which I doubt that's the case.

I was just looking at the forum for the 2021 fall start and their applications don't seem like they were pushed back too far but everyone on there was able to see if they were on the waitlist or admitted the day they got the email or the day before ? im hoping they just changed it so we cant see!

last year the Spring 2020 start I believe they got a record number of applicants because they weren't requiring the HESI and thats why it was pushed back so far, so hopefully we hear from them today!

you can log into an admitted students portal and it will supposedly show if you got in or not but so far it says nothing.

No, the admitted student portal. It tells everyone that it is meant for admitted students only and not to access the portal until they are invited to do so….but some of us made an account and can see that our “application is being reviewed”.

if you do sign up, use the email you used when you made your nursingcas account.
