Just wanted to start a thread for the students applying to this time frame! Deadline's around the corner. ?

That’s the one I sent. I asked them to please confirm that it’s the correct one but no one got back to me. They wanted a copy of your registration as well which was just the initial email from HESI with your exam Date and time. Ultimately they just want to see your scores from each section, so if it’s there it should all be good.

Hi guys, has anyone received an email from Samuel Merritt they they received your application? I got an email from NursingCAS that my application was verified, but nothing from Samuel Merritt saying it's being processed or anything else. Is this the case with anyone else?

Have you checked the SMU admitted students portal yet? If you go there you can see your application and under it should say your app is being reviewed.

Does anyone know when we may start hearing from SMU? Last time we heard back really late due to an unprecedented amount of applicants, I am curious if this time around will be the same.

 When I attended the ABSN Virtual Drop In last month, the presenter mentioned February 2021 is when they'll start sending out notifications for Summer cohort.

Thanks! I hadn't checked there and I feel a lot better now.

I wonder how many apps were submitted this time. I wouldn't be surprised if the numbers were once again very high.

Where would I find this?? You can sign up for this portal without being an admitted student?

Does anyone know how I can update my grade for the class which I have received the grade for. My application deadline was Dec 1st. I just received the grade now. It is not letting my enter the grade in nursingcas application. Can I email someone my transcript. Any suggestions for help.

You should be able to update your grades for any in progress classes. When you log into nursing cas, you go to the section of your academic history, and then modify the grade in the transcipt entry section. Be sure to verify all the information is correct, before you mark the class as completed. I made this mistake and did not enter the correct number of units for one of my courses and now I'm unable to change it. Side note however, nursingcas said when they verify the transcript (before sending to the programs you're applying to), they would make the correction as needed. Just avoid the mistake to begin with though so it doesn't cause any unnecessary delays.

Thanks for replying.  I have made this mistake and marked my classes as completed without entering the grade. It is not letting me enter the grade now. What can I do next?
