Does this mean all of the wait listed applicants are given first priority for Summer session? I just assumed they were only eligible for the Spring session...or do I have it wrong?

I only got my preliminary review last week. Makes me wonder about their application process. ? No notifications today

That's what I thought too. Like if we don't get in we would have to reapply. NOOO IDEA what SM's formula/process is loll.

Well hopefully we all hear back soon. I read one of the comments a while back saying they had gone to one of the virtual webinars and were told February should be when we begin to hear back.

Yes - end of Feb 2020 was when my friend heard back for the Oakland cohort.

I think it depends on the campus. An admissions coordinator told me that Oakland is the most competitive campus to get into, and that the Oakland waitlist is less predictable than the WL for other campuses.

Overall, SMU’s admissions process seems to be a toss up.

I was in the same position and got my admission offer last week. See you in June!!
