Already been in nursing school- Dropped OUT- UGH, why????? *I digress...
*Received a degree from Sac State already, Cum Laude
Science G.P.A.= 3.4
Overall G.P.A. = 3.5
Teas= 84.1
1 year of healthcare experience
1 year of nursing school experience
Multiple community involvement experiences- ERG's, Volunteer on Diversity teams, Church, internships, mentoring, tutoring
*Hoping that this may be the year because I'm going no where fast in my current job field and I want to return to a profession that I have a passion for and am good at!!
Do you know if this is for the san mateo campus as well??
I am still taking one online prerequisite, pharmacology, and i was put on the waitlist for the fnp sac program but I cant help but wonder if they really wont let me into the absn spring star if i just have one last prerequisite to finish..
So...does this mean they will start calling us, once they have made a decision? Or will they wait until October 1st to start calling? And, do rejections come in the form of a letter or do they make rejection calls too? Hmmmm....a stressfull next couple of weeks...

you should be fine for spring absn:
"final course grades
final grades are due to the office of admission by the end of december 2010" this is from the absn san mateo admissions counselor email from a while back and i also double checked with her via email to make sure. i'm also taking pharm and patho online this semester :)
You might want to call. I did and the information differed from what the Admissions office said. It might be best to get it straight from the admissions director for that cohort.

Has anyone gotten another email update from SMU Sacramento ABSN program? The only one I've received was on August 9th.
